The project consists of large scale mixed used development in the heart of Beijing, intended to be China's new "Wall Street". The 1,500,000m2 constructed development houses 2 towers, a very large shopping center, and a Ritz-Carlton hotel which was constructed in time for the 2008 Olympic games. The twin towers are 100m tall each, and the hotel is a 250 rooms, five stars hotel.
