Washington DC Union Station Masterplan Validation, Washington DC
Concept Validation for the multi phased development that will be constructed under and over the existing rail yard. The proposed construction solution was a top-down construction for the program below the tracks and constrution of a 2 story transfer truss that will support all the new construction above the rail yard. The project was phased in a way that rail traffic interruption was kept to a minimum.
